Support and billing
Contact is handled by email only. For sales, technical support, billing, refunds, or order-reference questions, email contact@theworldsbiggestbillboard.com. Include your order reference where applicable. Do not send payment-card, bank, password, or other sensitive account information by email.
Grievances
Send a complete grievance to contact@theworldsbiggestbillboard.com with the subject “Grievance”. We will acknowledge and review complete complaints in line with these policies and applicable law.
