The service
The World's Biggest Billboard is a global digital billboard service operated and managed from India. It lets customers purchase a specific rectangular pixel placement and submit a campaign image, title, description, and landing-page link. We use our public service name on this website and do not publish the proprietor's personal legal name here.
What a purchase gives you
A completed purchase gives you a limited, non-exclusive right to display the approved campaign in the purchased pixel area for the active lifetime of this website. It does not transfer ownership of the website, source code, domain, brand, or the billboard's pixel inventory. The service may end, change, or become unavailable; no placement is a promise that the website will operate forever.
Orders, pricing, and taxes
Prices are shown before checkout. The final amount, currency, and any applicable tax treatment must be displayed before payment is submitted. A payment-provider response alone is not fulfilment: a placement becomes live only after our server verifies payment and creates the placement. We may correct clear pricing or technical errors before fulfilment.
Campaign standards
You must comply with the Advertising Policy and confirm that your campaign and landing-page link are accurate, lawful, safe, and properly licensed. Campaigns may be manually reviewed after they are publicly displayed. We may remove or disable content or links that breach these rules.
Your data and third parties
Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. Campaign links can open third-party websites that we do not own or control. We are not responsible for external links, their availability, content, safety, privacy practices, or transactions. A link is not our endorsement of that third party.
Refunds, support, and complaints
Refunds and cancellation requests are handled under the Refund Policy. For support, complaints, and requests, contact us by email only at contact@theworldsbiggestbillboard.com. We aim to respond to complete requests within seven days.
Liability and changes
To the extent allowed by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service or a third-party destination. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. We may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change; the latest version will be published here.
Law and dispute venue
These terms apply to a service operated and managed from India, subject to applicable law. Consumer rights and remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded are not limited by these terms.
