IP and takedown policy

Report copyright, trademark, or unsafe campaigns.

Last updated: 7 September 2026

What you can report

You may report a campaign that you believe infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights; contains unlawful content; links to malware or phishing; or breaches the Advertising Policy.

What a report should include

Email contact@theworldsbiggestbillboard.com with the campaign URL or pixel location, a description of the issue, the rights you own or authority you hold, supporting evidence, your full name, contact details, and a good-faith statement that the report is accurate. Do not knowingly submit false or abusive reports.

Review process

Campaigns can be manually reviewed after public display. We may ask for more information, contact the advertiser, temporarily disable the campaign, or remove it. We aim to acknowledge complete reports within seven days, but urgent security or legal reports may be handled sooner.

Counter-notices

An advertiser who believes a campaign was removed in error may provide an explanation, supporting evidence, and contact details through the published support channel. We may restore content where appropriate, but are not required to do so where legal, safety, or platform risk remains.
