Who controls this data

The World's Biggest Billboard is the public service name for this global digital billboard, which is operated and managed from India. For privacy requests, contact us by email only at contact@theworldsbiggestbillboard.com. We do not publish the proprietor's personal legal name on this website.

Information we collect

We collect the name, email address, campaign title, campaign description, uploaded creative, landing-page URL, selected pixel area, order reference, payment status, and support messages supplied by a buyer. We also process limited technical information such as a privacy-preserving hash of an IP address for rate limiting, country/locale information for currency display, and a saved currency preference in the browser.

Why we use it

We use this information to provide and secure the billboard, calculate prices, prevent duplicate pixel purchases, verify and fulfil orders, respond to support or refund requests, enforce our policies, meet legal obligations, and improve reliability.

Service providers and payment data

We use Vercel for hosting, Supabase for database and image storage, and Cashfree for payment processing. Card, bank, and other payment credentials are handled by Cashfree's checkout and are not stored by this website. Providers process data under their own terms and privacy notices.

Retention and sharing

Order and campaign records are retained for as long as reasonably needed for fulfilment, support, disputes, fraud prevention, tax, and legal obligations. We do not sell personal data. We share data only with service providers, payment partners, advisers, authorities where legally required, or a successor if the business is transferred.

Your choices and requests

You may request access, correction, deletion, or other applicable privacy support by emailing contact@theworldsbiggestbillboard.com. Some records may need to be retained where required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or dispute purposes.

Cookies and browser storage

The website currently uses local browser storage to remember a selected currency. If non-essential analytics, advertising cookies, or similar technologies are added, we will update this policy and provide any required notice or consent controls.
